| Crossroads has been blessed with wonderful people. People who are
excited by what our church is doing and willingly share their time and
energies in many different ways. Augmenting these volunteers and providing leadership and training for
all of those serving in various ways is an important task. Crossroads
presently has several staff members who, together with our leadership team,
provide encouragement, training, and support for our church.
